In March 2002, Strachan Shipping Agency of
Mobile, Alabama acquired our parent company in the United States, Norton Lilly International, Inc., and renamed the full cargo, tramp and tanker division KERR NORTON STRACHAN AGENCY.
The merger of these two well-established and respected companies has produced the largest provider of agency services in North America, Canada and Hawaii. This furnishes our Panama organization with an added depth and dimension not realized
by the majority of our competitors.
