Initial Transits
The following documents should be sent in advance.
- Copy of International Tonnage (ITC-69) or Suitable Substitute Certificate,
including Calculation Sheet.
- National Register (if no ITC-69 Certificate).
- Suez Canal Tonnage Certificate.
- International Load Line Certificate.
- General Arrangement Plan including profile.
- Capacity Plan with Deadweight Scale.
- Midship Section Plan.
- Lines Plans or Offset Tables.
- Funnel Plans.
- Tank Capacity Plan.
- Container Loading Plan.
- Trim and Stability Booklet including Hydrostatic Tables.
- Stowage Plan.
If it is not feasible to send all the documents listed, then the complete ITC-69
(including calculation sheets which reflect volumes) should be faxed to our
offices (507) 441 7126.
This should preclude the assessment of admeasurement fees.
